In the Observer Dashboard, events can be defined using simple and concise rules, making the setup quick and easy. Once configured, the Observer Camera automatically detects the defined event and sends real-time feedback directly to the dashboard. This allows companies to monitor important situations and respond immediately.
The Observer Camera System detects incidents in real time. In this example, a warehouse worker accidentally drops an item. The Observer instantly identifies the event and sends feedback to the system, triggering an immediate automated response. The entire process remains fully privacy-compliant, enhancing safety while strictly adhering to data protection standards.
The Observer Camera System detects when a pallet blocks the goods-in area or another defined zone for more than 10 seconds. Leveraging advanced AI-based document recognition, Observer achieves an accuracy rate of around 95%—far surpassing traditional OCR solutions, which typically reach about 70%. The system reliably recognizes documents even when they are dirty, folded, or contain handwritten notes and corrections, delivering robust and dependable data capture in real warehouse environments.
AURA Orchestrator connects real-time data, operational context, and decision support across live logistics processes. It helps teams prioritize faster, coordinate actions more effectively, and maintain greater control in complex supply chain environments.
The Orchestrator manages unexpected changes in logistics operations. When a delivery is detected to arrive four hours late, it automatically analyzes the situation and redistributes tasks to the team.
Employees receive new assignments immediately, allowing them to use their time efficiently and keep operations running smoothly. The system provides recommendations and feedback, while the human operator retains final approval before the next steps are executed.
