Marco Ehrhardt

Marco Ehrhardt has been a shareholder in EPG since 1997 and has led the group since 2003. A graduate in industrial and electrical engineering, he is now primarily responsible for software development, new technologies, and corporate communications.

Jörg Fröhlich

Jörg Fröhlich has been with EPG since 1992 and a shareholder since 1997. To this day, he oversees software technologies and development as well as large-scale projects. Since 2020, Jörg Fröhlich has served as Managing Partner.

Guidelines of the EPG Group.

Our guidelines were developed in four groups of twenty colleagues from different areas of the company. (Note: In the following, the terms colleague/colleagues refer equally to female and male employees). The guidelines are the basis for action for all colleagues in our group of companies. They reflect the development from a medium-sized German family business to a globally operating logistics IT provider. New challenges have arisen and continue to arise for our colleagues. Customers and colleagues from other countries and cultures are added. Company takeovers bring new corporate cultures into the team. Growth, development and change are constant companions.

Creativity.

EPG creates a climate and space for creativity through a trust-based organisation and an open approach to ideas. Every colleague uses their creative energy to increase profitability, improve processes and products or increase the general well-being of the company. External stimuli (customers, partners, the public) are utilised as positive impulses. Every idea is important.

Values.

“The team” are all colleagues from the offices in all countries. We define our togetherness through mutual appreciation and trust across all organisational levels. Every colleague makes an important contribution to the success of the company with their responsibility and identification. That is why we apply the highest quality standards to ourselves.
