What is paperless picking?

Paperless order picking refers to the compilation of stock items without the use of paper lists. The picking order can be placed via voice input (voice picking), data glasses (pick by vision), hand scanners (pick by scan) or light signals (pick by light). The advantages of paperless order picking include increased productivity, reduced costs and simplified warehouse processes. Errors within the picking processes are also reduced.
