What is voice and vision?

Voice and vision stands for the combination of speech recognition technology and visual assistance systems. Here, the employee is provided with additional visual information via a smart device to support the speech dialogue. As with the pick by vision approach, this can be done via data glasses, or simply via a smartwatch or a display device attached to the picking trolley, for example a tablet. Depending on the range of articles and warehouse structure, pick by vision increases process reliability many times over, because the user always has a complete overview of all relevant information on the picking orders to be processed.
