What does the material flow controller indicate?

The execution of partially or fully automated material flow operations takes place in the material flow controller (MFC), such as the warehouse control system (WCS) by EPG. It manages source-destination relationships and coordinates the sequence in which individual tasks, orders, or processes are carried out.

The MFC serves as the interface between conveyor technology (e.g., automated warehouses) and the warehouse management system (WMS). Communication between the MFC, conveyor systems, and WMS occurs via data telegrams.
