EPG wins “Best Product LogiMAT 2026” prize

AI wins: EPG (Ehrhardt Partner Group) has once again been honored at LogiMAT with the prestigious “Best Product LogiMAT 2026” prize in the category “Software, Communication & IT.” The award was given to EPG AURA Observer, a specialized solution within the AI-native EPG AURA environment. AURA Observer captures operational processes directly in real warehouse environments, making video data usable as a fully integrated data source for the first time – one that can be flexibly analyzed without any programming. Using Intelligent Video Analytics (IVA), movements, interactions, hazards, pallet dwell times, and deviations in warehouse operations are detected and processed in real time. Observer use cases can be individually created or modified through natural language input (prompts), without requiring technical expertise or complex customization. The technological foundation of the AURA Observer is based on a strategic technology partnership with NVIDIA. For the corporate group, this marks the third time receiving the renowned logistics award, following previous wins in 2014 and 2023.

EPG and Bluerock TMS Announce Strategic Partnership to Deliver Instant Visibility and Automated Logistics Execution

Efficiency, sustainability and transparency are the key success factors of modern transport networks. The increasing complexity of global supply chains, the shortage of skilled labor and the growing pressure to meet environmental targets require solutions that intelligently connect data, processes and operational control. Against this backdrop, the new strategic partnership between EPG (Ehrhardt Partner Group) and Bluerock TMS, a provider of a globally deployed transport management system recognized in the Gartner Magic Quadrant, is creating a platform that combines mathematical route optimization with real-time transport management. The goal of the collaboration is to integrate EPG’s routing engine Greenplan directly into Bluerock’s cloud-based TMS platform. This will give companies access to a fully connected system that unifies planning, execution and analysis of their transport operations in one central process.

LYDIA Voice Boosts Productivity by 38% at Pet Food Experts

For nearly a century, Pet Food Experts has built its reputation on delivering quality, care, and reliability to independent pet retailers nationwide. But as the third-generation, family-owned distributor grew to serve thousands of customers and manage more than 13,000 SKUs, its paper-based picking process was holding it back. What once worked in a smaller, simpler operation had become an obstacle to speed, accuracy, and employee satisfaction.

Determined to modernize without losing the company’s people-first culture, Pet Food Experts set out to find a digital solution that was intuitive, efficient, and scalable. After evaluating several technologies, the company chose LYDIA Voice from EPG, a voice-directed, hands-free picking solution that seamlessly integrates with its Infor WMS and empowers associates to work faster, smarter, and more confidently.

The results? A 38% boost in picking productivity, 99.9% order accuracy, faster training for new hires, and a measurable increase in employee retention.

This case study explores how Pet Food Experts transformed its warehouse operations with voice technology, creating a modern fulfillment process that’s as reliable and people-focused as the company itself.
