  • Structure of SQL statements

Using the data bases for items and storage locations to perform research tasks

Module 3: Data Flow in Inbound Processes

  • Data bases and data flow for inbound processes
  • Research tasks for inbound processes
  • Detailed analysis of open and confirmed transports, goods receipt data
  • Completing troubleshooting examples

Module 4: Data flow in goods dispatch

  • Data bases and data flow in outbound processes
  • Editing work packages
  • Analyzing picking, packing and loading progress
  • Completing troubleshooting examples

Module 5: Additional Data Flow Examples

  • Creating SQL queries for stocktake research
  • Researching quality control and serial numbers
  • Working with variants, batches or lot numbers and BBD

Module 6: SQL for Troubleshooting & Best Practices

Using SQL to trace process steps and check status fields.

Examples:

  • Finding why an order/invoice/time record did not progress
  • Checking key fields/flags that drive system behavior
  • Safe querying: read-only access, limiting result sets, avoiding long-running queries
  • Tips for communicating findings to IT and using SQL results in support tickets
  • Working with the query manager to make reporting available to other team members
